USD · 45-minute session
A 100% educational session to turn scattered questions into clarity and a plan.
How it works
01
Book your session
Choose a time for a private 45-minute virtual session with me.
02
Tell me a little about you
When you book, you'll answer a few short questions so I can get to know your questions and priorities before we meet.
03
We meet on Google Meet
You'll get the link in your confirmation email. I listen without rushing, and together we put everything in order.
04
Leave with clarity and a plan
And if you'd like closer support, we'll explore together how to keep working.
Ways to work together
Every woman is different. We start with MenoGlam 101 and, if you'd like more support, we choose together the kind of support that works best for you.
🌸
MenoGlam 101
A 45-minute session to understand your body, organize your questions and leave with clarity and a plan. For many women, it's exactly what they needed.
💗
Ongoing health coaching
Follow-up sessions to support you as you put changes into practice in your sleep, nutrition, movement and well-being, at your own pace.
✨
Intensive support
For when you want someone by your side through the whole process: we meet more often over several weeks or months, with structure, support and someone to hold your hand along the way.
🤝
Made for you
At the end of your first session, if we feel more support would help you, I'll share the options and together we'll choose the one that fits you best.
Important
Before you book
This is a 100% educational space and does NOT create a provider–patient relationship.
What this session is not
It's not a medical visit. There are no diagnoses, prescriptions or treatments. No labs, imaging or other tests are ordered. It doesn't replace your doctor, but it prepares you to talk with your healthcare team with more clarity and confidence!
Why this format
This educational format exists because of contractual obligations, and because I can currently practice clinically only in the states where I hold a professional license.
My goal is to expand access to evidence-based health education so more women understand their bodies, know their options and arrive prepared to talk with their own healthcare team. If, at the end, we feel we're a good fit to work together and you live in a state where I'm licensed to practice, I'll gladly talk with you about options for continuing your care in the future.
About me
Why this approach
Hormones, metabolism and longevity are connected to your bones, heart, muscle, brain and sleep. My job is to connect the dots so you can see the full picture.
01
Hormones
Estrogen, progesterone and testosterone change during perimenopause and menopause, and their effects go far beyond hot flashes. They influence sleep, mood, memory, libido, body composition, the heart and bones. We also talk about conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), now also called PMOS, which many women live with during this stage.
02
Metabolism
During the menopause transition, where we store fat, how we respond to insulin and how much muscle we keep all change. Your thyroid also plays a key role: thyroid conditions are more common in women, and their symptoms are easily mistaken for menopause. Weight, energy, cholesterol and appetite are all part of the same endocrine conversation.
03
Longevity
What happens between ages 40 and 60, in your bones, heart, muscles and brain, shapes how you'll live the decades that follow. That's why I see midlife as a strategic window for prevention, not a stage you simply have to endure.
Did you know…?
More than a third of a woman's life is lived after menopause.
And in the first five years after menopause, women can lose 10–20% of their bone density. The fastest loss happens in the roughly three years around the final menstrual period, because of falling estrogen. Almost no one thinks about osteoporosis until later in life, but prevention starts now.
